The core Fimasys research and development teams are continously enhancing our products to meet market requirements using the latest technological tools and techniques.  This enables us to remain ahead of our competition, retaining a differentiated position based on functional coverage and technical innovation.

In order to continuously improve our products, we have established a software development factory environment, where the development teams work to pre-defined coding standards using proven development methodologies and tools to achieve quality output.

The same development processes are applied to core and non-core development to ensure the delivery of quality.

Core development

Fimasys manages a single version of each of our products.  Core development is therefore focused on the enhancement of the core version of the product.  The development cycle is managed based on the following phases:

• Design phase - business specifications leading to detailed functional and technical specifications
• Development phase - development and unit testing
• QA testing - manual and automated internal QA followed by external QA performed in collaboration with the customer

Specific development

Fimasy also undertakes specific non-core development on behalf of our customers using the same development cycle and applying a common set of principles and quality driven processes.  The following specific developments are undertaken by Fimasys in order to integrate our solutions:
