Project Management

Fimasys has adopted a structured project management methodology based on established techniques, tools and principles which have been applied repeatedly for successful international implementation projects.

A Quality Assurance Plan is defined for each project detailing the scope and objective along with the detailed planning, roles and responsibilities

As part of the Quality Assurance Plan, a detailed project plan is drawn up and agreed with the customer.  This is used as the basis for managing the various phases of the project.  Fimasys always ensures a rigorous follow-up during the project carried out by a dedicated project manager using established tools and techniques.

Fimasys has a wealth of experience and a proven track record in system implementations following a structured implementation methodology tailored to each project.

The dedicated project manager is appointed for each project.  The project manager has the technical and functional expertise necessary to lead the project . The project manager will be involved in all key project tasks:

  • Preliminary study of the client's needs (functional, technical, interfaces etc.)
  • Follow-up and advancement of tasks
  • Management of the Quality Assurance Plan
  • Design and development
  • Implementation
  • Configuration
  • Testing and acceptance

The different phases are defined in a detailed planning and followed-up through regular project update meetings using a project management summary (PMS) document to manage the open tasks and track risks and issues.
