A ten year relationship of trust between CGI and Fimasys… Branch of Société Générale created in 1951, and also financial partner of group Bénéteau, CGI offers financial solutions to its partners who are dealers and clients of the nautical market, through a network of approximately 1500 dealers worldwide. Fimasys accompanies CGI since almost 10 years in the financial development of nautical market, which uses its ProFinance software on a daily basis for dealer financing .
A new agreement signed in the course of September, binds CGI and Fimasys. Thanks to the ProFinance solution, CGI intends to reinforce its presence already established in five main countries namely Spain, France, Great Britain, Italy and the United States. This agreement also foresees the possibility to launch other financial operations with the deployment of ProFinance in new geographical areas such as Asia, Oceania and Africa. To do so, CGI will lean on ProFinance easiness and quickness of use, which can establish and produce finance quotation in record time, whatever the international economical environment may be. Mr. Jean Hughes Delvolvé, Executive Vice President of CGI, stresses: « Within the framework of our ambitions of growth, our Director of Boat Business Hervé Bonnet, based in the USA, has the will to accompany the growing needs of our important partners such as Bénéteau, Azimut or Dufour, in export. Paris, December 7th, 2009 – CGI, specialist of renting and financing nautical equipment, just signed a new agreement to use ProFinance solution of the French software editor Fimasys. This tool will allow the development of its financial activity for international partners and dealers (in Europe and in the United States) with the ambition to aim quickly towards Asia, Oceania and Africa.
